All our services are available to private, fleet and commercial clients. Our aim is to give your vehicle that better then showroom finish. Please ensure that you give us 48 hours notice when booking our service. 24 hours cancellation notice is required after which a £20.00 cancellation fee applies. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. So, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied please call us and we will arrange for an operative to call and rectify the situation.

Engine clean, which is available in the Empire valet and as an extra, is done at the owners own risk. Please let the valeter know if you require this service. We have a deodorising machine for the removal of stubborn and lingering odours i.e.: vomit, pet and dairy. We can work in most weathers. In the case of extreme weather conditions we will re-arrange your booking. On completion of your valet we will place paper mats in your car and check your water/washer fluid level, windscreen wipers and tyre pressure free of charge. Please note that the Bronze and Silver valets are more suitable for newer or regularly maintained vehicles as the hoovering included is not meant for excessively dirty vehicles.
