Q: What areas do
you cover?
A: We cover a 20 mile radius from Sutton
which includes Bermondsey, The City, West
End, Acton, Hammersmith, Wembley, Chertsey,
Woking, Guilford, Dorking, Reigate, Crawley,
Horsham, Epsom, Banstead, Kingston,Richmond,
Cheam, Wimbledon, Croydon, Coulsdon and
all villages inbetween.
Q: Can you work
in all weathers?
A: We have a portable canopy so we are
able to work in most weather conditions.
Q: What category
does my car fall into?
A: Here are a few examples of each category:
Small - Mini, Ka, Fiat Punto 2 door, Meduim
- Most 4 door family saloons, Large -
Most estate cars, Small 4x4 - Suzuki Jeep
and Large 4x4 - BMW x5, Landrover. 2 door
sports cars fall into the medium category
as they require more detailed work.
Q: Are there any
restrictions on where you can clean my
car?
A: For safety and insurance reasons unfortunately
some restrictions may apply. Please discuss
any concerns you may have when booking
your valet.
Q: Do I need to
be present?
A: You will need to be present at the
beginning of your valet to give our operative
access to your vehicle and at the end
of the valet to sign a customer care form.
Q: How often should
I have my car valeted?
A: After your initial valet you should
have a maintainence valet every 2 to 3
weeks. If you have leather seats and have
them treated they should be re-done every
6 months.
Q: What chemicals
do you use?
A: We use Swissvax,Autoglym,Poorboy's, Autosmart, Supagard
and Diamondbrite.
Q: What methods
of payment do you accept.
A: We accept cash and cheques. All cheques
should be made payable to the valeter on
the day .
