Q: Why should I use Empire Mobile Valeting Services
A:For a spectacular service at reasonable prices, At Empire we treat every car as a VIP . So whether your car is a family run around or an exotic supercar you can be assured of our best service from your initial phone call to your completed valet/detail because our passion is in our work.

Q: What areas do you cover?
A: All our car valeters and detailers cover a 40 mile radius from Sutton Surrey which includes Cobham, Oxshott, Crawley, Chelsea, Fulham, London, The City, West End, Acton, Hammersmith, Chertsey, Woking, Chessington, Dorking, Reigate, Crawley, Horsham, Epsom, Banstead, Teddington, Kingston, Richmond, Worcester Park,Cheam, Wimbledon, Croydon, CoulsdonColliers Woods and all villages inbetween, For car detailing and shows we do travel further.

Q: Can you work in all weathers?
A: We have a portable canopy so we are able to work in most weather conditions.

Q: What category does my car fall into?
A: Here are a few examples of each category: Small - Mini, Ka, G-Wizz, Meduim - Most 4 door family saloons, Large - Most estate cars, Bentleys, Audi A8, Small 4x4 - Jeep, X3, X5, and Landrover. Large 4x4 Merc R-Class, Audi Q7. 2 door sports cars fall into the medium or large category depending on make and model as they require more detailed work.

Q: Are there any restrictions on where you can clean my car?
A: For safety and insurance reasons unfortunately some restrictions may apply. Please discuss any concerns you may have when booking your valet.

Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes we are fully insured, upto £5 million for the car that is being valeted or detailed and upto £10 million for public liability. We are also fully covered to drive any vehicle.

Q: How often should I have my car valeted?
A: After your initial valet you should have a maintainence valet every 2 to 3 weeks. If you have leather seats they should be re-treated every 6 months.

Q: ,What chemicals do you use?
A: We only use the finest from products from around the world, Swissvax, DoDo Juice, Autoglym, Poorboy's, R222, Autosmart, Supagard, Collinite, Chemical Guys, Diamondbrite and more.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept.
A: We accept cash, Instant bank transfer, credit / debit cards via Paypal (if you require these services please mention when booking, please note these transactions must be completed before the valeters leave your premises) standing order, company accounts (T's&C's apply). We no longer accept cheques.
